Privacy

This is a static site. There are no accounts, no logins, and nothing you type is sent to us or stored on a server.

What we do not collect

If you build an inventory to check compatibility, it stays in your browser. It is never transmitted to us.

Anonymous usage counts

Since 1 August 2026 this site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, and it does not follow you between sites or sessions. What it records is aggregate — which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world from, and what kind of device and browser. We use it to see which pages people actually find useful.

An earlier version of this page said we would tell you before adding usage counts. Analytics went live on 1 August 2026 and this page was updated shortly after rather than beforehand. That is a broken promise, small but real, and we would rather record it than quietly reword the page.

Links to retailers

We do not currently link to retailers or earn commissions. If that changes, following such a link would take you to that retailer’s own site, where their privacy policy applies and not ours, and we would still pass them nothing about you. Our affiliate disclosure sets out the policy in advance.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request logs (including IP address) to serve pages and defend against abuse. We do not query those logs to identify anyone.
